What is NRAS?

NRAS stands for National Rental Affordability Scheme. It's a Federal Government initiative aimed at making private rentals more affordable.

The scheme provides financial incentives to investors in return for offering their properties at 20% below market rents for a period of ten years. The properties are now becoming available for rent in WA and we act as tenancy manager.
