Lodging and Shared Accommodation Referral Scheme
Since October 2009, we have been operating a new Lodging and Shared Referral Scheme. We are no longer taking lodging and shared applications.
In the past we operated a waiting list for lodging housing which proved to be unsatisfactory to our clients. This was because our clients’ circumstances often changed rapidly and would often invalidate the waiting list when we tried to fill vacancies often weeks after we were first contacted by them.
To assist prospective tenants in getting accommodation and starting their housing career more effectively, we now direct clients to emergency accommodation providers who are better able to meet their immediate needs.
Applicants that are housed by emergency accommodation providers will be able to access our services through a transferral process using longer term accommodation options.

We have been in operation since 2005 and are committed to providing secure, affordable housing for residents of Western Australia. We look after over 1,000 households and are securing new properties all the time through joint venture initiatives and new developments.
How to apply
You will need to print and complete the application form and send it in to us:

Otherwise, you can call in to our office and complete one at reception between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
This will secure your place on the waiting list. A waiting list is operated using the application date, we don't operate a 'priority' waiting list.

How much is the rent?
Rent is broadly assessed at 25% of income plus any rent assistance that you may be eligible for.
