General Housing Applicants
Foundation Housing has been in operation since 2005 and is committed to providing secure, affordable housing for WA residents. With over 1000 households in WA new properties are being secured all the time through joint venture initiatives and new developments.
How to apply
You will need to print and complete the application form and send it to:

Perth 6000
or alternatively call in at our office and complete one at reception 9227 6480.
This will secure your place on the waitlist. A waitlist is operated using the application date, Foundation Housing does not operate a “priority” waitlist.
Eligibility

Rent
Rent is broadly assessed at 25% of income plus any rent assistance that you may be eligible for.
