Paul Lakey appointed as Board Director

Paul has extensive experience in the property development and construction sectors spanning over 30 years. He has held executive and senior management positions with listed and private developers, design consultants, contractors and project management specialists. During this time, Paul has been involved in the design, delivery and financial performance of a diverse range of projects from master planned communities to mixed-use, housing, apartment and hotel projects throughout Australia, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Paul currently serves as a Director of Lakey Management Pty Ltd, a boutique management consultancy that provides strategic advisory and management services to the property development and construction sectors. He has previously held Directorships with several Western Australian State Government Boards including Development WA, Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority and Landcorp.

Paul’s leadership experience extends beyond his professional career as he has previously served as President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia WA and as a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s National Board. He holds an honours degree in civil/structural engineering, is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Project Management and is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
