The strategies outline the organisation’s plan to grow without subsidy and to manage and sustain positive tenancies for all those who live in our homes. This clear strategic direction ensures staff, tenants and partners can have confidence in the plans in place to deliver on our vision and mission. Foundation Housings strategic objectives are:

• Leverage Growth – Increase portfolio size and secure increased revenue from non-government sources.
