Many owners or organisations with housing portfolios do not wish to take on the legal complexities of management services. Foundation Housing can assist with the management of staff housing, beneficiary housing or housing leased on the private market.
We manage properties for clients in Perth, Broome, Port/South Hedland, Roebourne and Karratha. Our service includes all tenancy and property management tasks including rent collection and arrears management, lease paperwork, bond management, property condition reports, routine inspections and maintenance coordination.
Fees are negotiated with clients according to the size of the property portfolio and the services required.
Foundation Housing has delivered a range of development projects using its own staff in key contract and project management roles. Our highly skilled Property Acquisition and Development Team has proven commercial expertise and can provide this service to other organisations seeking to deliver housing projects.
