Affordable housing is available to people on low to moderate incomes and is available directly through Foundation Housing. Elevate by Foundation Housing is an affordable housing program aimed at providing affordable homes to WA based keyworkers on moderate incomes. 

The Elevate apartments and townhouses are located in a number of desirable areas both north and south of the river. They offer great amenities, the latest in quality finishes and access to a great lifestyle.

How is the rent set?

Rent levels for affordable housing are also set according to the tenant income and cannot exceed more than 30% of the household income. 

I am not a key worker, can I apply?

Yes, you can still apply. If we are unable to fill a vacancy with a key worker, you may be contacted for a viewing.  

How much do I have to earn?

Applicants must earn between circa. $45,000-$102,000 per annum.
