Elevate is owned and managed by Foundation Housing and offers well located, high quality and affordable accommodation in the Perth metro area.
Foundation Housing manages around 140 key worker homes across Perth and Broome. Rents for these homes are set at 25% under market rent levels. Affordable housing is aimed at households on low to moderate incomes, with the aim to charge no more than 30% of a household’s income on rent.

Welcome to our Broome affordable housing program, providing accommodation for keyworkers on low to medium incomes.
How is the rent set?
Rent levels are capped at 75% of market rent. When determining income eligibility for individual properties, household income is also considered, with rents set at 30% of household income.
I am not a key worker, can I apply?
Yes, you can still apply. If we are unable to fill a vacancy with a key worker, you may be contacted for a viewing if you meet the eligibility requirements.
