Foundation Housing manages a range of affordable housing projects across Perth and Broome. Rents for these properties are set at no more than 75% of market rent. Affordable housing is aimed at households on low to moderate incomes, with the aim to charge no more than 30% of a household’s income on rent.

How is the rent set?
Rent levels are capped at 75% of market rent. When determining income eligibility for individual properties, household income is also considered, with rents set at 30% of household income.
I am not a key worker, can I apply?
Yes, you can still apply. If we are unable to fill a vacancy with a key worker, you may be contacted for a viewing if you meet the eligibility requirements.
