Complete the Department of Communities Application Form and tick ‘yes’ where it asks if you also wish to be considered for a Community Housing property. You’ll be contacted by Foundation Housing (or an alternative community housing provider) if you near the top of the joint waitlist and an appropriate housing option becomes available.
Elevate by Foundation Housing is a program that provides affordable homes for people on low to moderate incomes in Perth, with a particular focus on essential workers. This program is not suitable for those who are eligible for social housing as minimum income limits apply. We currently have no vacancies.
If you need lodging accommodation, please complete the application form to apply directly to Foundation Housing. If you are attending a service please ask them to refer you.
