  • We have higher income limits than government social housing, so you can earn more and still be eligible to stay in your home.
  • If your income drops again, your rent can be immediately reassessed and reduced.
  • We offer a long-term stable option. Our tenants can expect to be able to stay in their home for many years if they choose.
