Making sure you can always get through to us
As a tenant, your first point of contact with Foundation Housing is your Housing Coordinator unless you need to report a maintenance issue. You can contact your Housing Coordinator on their landline, mobile number or email.
However, if you can’t get through to your own Housing Coordinator and you need to talk to someone straight away, please phone your local Foundation Housing office and ask to speak to the Duty Housing Coordinator. They will be able to help you with your concern.
We’ve recently introduced Duty Housing Coordinators to improve our service to you and hope that you find it means you never have to wait long to get assistance.
