From 5pm Thursday 29 March until 8am Tuesday 3 April, Giraffe Facilities Maintenance Australia will be managing our emergency maintenance. Tenants should report urgent maintenance issues directly to them on 0458 458 666.
After-hours emergencies at your home should be reported to the appropriate emergency service. Emergencies include gas leaks, fires or threatening behaviour. For all other issues please call us during office hours and we’ll arrange a repair as soon possible within our priority classification.
