Every two years we survey our tenants and residents to find out how we are going providing our service to you and where we can improve it. Return the form to us by 27th October and you can go in a draw to win one of three $150 prize vouchers.
Keep an eye on your letterbox for your survey form which has been posted to you. In it we ask you questions about things like what you think about the condition of your home, if you understand how we work out your rent and if you’re happy with the standard of service you receive when you contact us.
Please fill out your form and return it to us using the reply paid envelope (no stamp required) that’s provided by 27th October or online using the login details provided in the letter.
The survey is conducted for us by the NSW Federation of Housing Associations who keep your answers confidential; we will never see anyone’s individual responses so you can feel free to be honest. The entries for the prize draw are returned separately to us by them.
This information helps us to understand how we can improve our services to you as a community housing provider.
