Repairs and Maintenance
As a landlord, Foundation Housing has obligations to ensure certain repairs are undertaken in a timely manner and to ensure homes are safe and secure.
Our Property Services team are responsible for all repairs and maintenance and can be contacted on 1300 895 205 from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency outside of office hours, please contact our after-hours maintenance line on the same number (1300 895 205). Please note, if you contact this line outside of office hours and you are not experiencing a genuine maintenance emergency, costs may be incurred.
