Foundation Housing have once again engaged the Community Housing Association of New South Wales (CHIA NSW) to conduct our Tenant Satisfaction Survey across September and October. Over 1,800 residents and tenants across our mainstream, lodging and managed properties households have been invited to participate in the survey.
CHIA NSW is the New South Wales industry peak body for community housing providers. Their independence, combined with their knowledge of the industry and their knowledge of and commitment to tenant engagements means they can deliver an impartial and in-depth analysis of the information provided by our residents and tenants.
The survey is part of our commitment to service improvement and understanding what is important to our residents and tenants.
Through a strictly confidential survey we hope to receive open and honest feedback to allow Foundation Housing to continue to improve our service offerings.
A summary of the survey results will be published later this year.

Foundation Housing acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which we work and live and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community.
