Foundation Housing is preparing to welcome 39 new affordable apartments at Finbar’s Garden Towers in East Perth to our growing housing portfolio.
Located in the heart of East Perth, Garden Towers offers residents a well-connected location close to the Perth CBD, public transport, employment, services and local amenities.
The addition of 39 apartments will provide more affordable rental options for eligible Western Australians and represents another step in Foundation Housing’s continued work to increase the supply of safe, secure and affordable homes.
Foundation Housing CEO Chris Smith said the addition of Garden Towers was another important contribution to addressing the growing need for affordable housing in Western Australia.
“Increasing the supply of affordable housing is critical to ensuring more Western Australians have access to a safe, secure and affordable place to call home.
“Garden Towers will add another 39 quality homes to our portfolio in a fantastic, well-connected location, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our future residents.”
The apartments will soon become part of Foundation Housing’s affordable housing portfolio, with further information about apartment configurations, eligibility, household income limits and how to apply to be released shortly.
