Our Joondalup Office is moving

Our Joondalup office is moving from its current location on Grand Promenade into new premises less than 100 metres away.  However there will be a period of approximately three months starting from the 15 December when there will be no office in Joondalup.

During this time tenants serviced through our Joondalup office can still phone their Housing Coordinator as normal, request a home visit if the issue is urgent or attend the Leederville office should they need to see a staff member in person. Our Leederville office is easily reached from the Leederville train station, which is on the Joondalup line.

If you currently use the EFTPOS facilities at the Joondalup office to pay your rent, you will need to travel to the Leederville office instead.  A more convenient option maybe set up a CentrePay facility or direct debit with your bank.
