From the CEO: Kenwick SDA Project Update

I’m thrilled to share the latest progress on our Kenwick SDA project. Watching this development take shape from the ground up has been inspiring, and our recent drone footage gives a clear view of the scale and care going into every detail.

This project is about more than buildings – it’s about creating safe, accessible, and supportive homes for people who need them most. Every foundation laid and structure rising reflects our commitment to delivering spaces that empower residents and strengthen our community.

I’d like to acknowledge our valued partners who are making this possible: Ability WA, our SDA service provider; Tricrest Construction, the builders; Corbel Property, our Development Manager; and Pulse Property Solutions, the Property Manager. This collaboration demonstrates the power of strategic partnerships in delivering high-quality outcomes. We hope that this project marks the beginning of more joint initiatives in the future, allowing us to continue expanding housing opportunities for those who need them.
