Social Housing

Thirty percent of homes at ‘Q4 at Queens Riverside’, will be allocated to social housing. These homes will be allocated through the WA Government Joint Waitlist.

If you are eligible for social housing, you may be placed on the Joint Waitlist through the WA Government. Note: You cannot complete the below expression of interest form to apply for the Joint Waitlist. For more information about the Joint Waitlist eligibility and how to apply, please visit:

Affordable Housing

Seventy percent of homes at ‘Q4 at Queens Riverside’ will be allocated to affordable housing.

Affordable housing is designed for individuals and households who may not qualify for social housing with the Housing Authority but still find it difficult to access housing in the private rental market.

Eligibility criteria and income limits apply. Household income must fall below the following limits:
