Foundation Housing, in partnership with Ability WA, has developed a new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) community in Kenwick, providing modern, purpose-built homes for people with high and complex support needs. Together, we are creating housing that enables choice, independence and long-term security, while helping people remain connected to the community they know.

Designed to meet NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation standards, these homes combine thoughtful design, accessibility and assistive technology to support residents to live as independently as possible.
