  • Manage and Sustain Positive Tenancies – We support tenants to maintain long-term, stable housing and reduce negative exits, helping people build stronger, more secure lives.

  • Leverage Growth – We are expanding our housing portfolio across social, affordable, and specialist disability accommodation (SDA) and diversifying revenue through innovative partnerships and non-government sources.

  • Business Excellence – We are committed to a productive, efficient, and high-performing workplace where our people thrive, enabling us to deliver housing outcomes at scale and with impact.

This strategy provides clarity for our staff, tenants, and partners, reinforcing confidence in our ability to grow sustainably while creating positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

A recent example of this strategy in action is our partnership with the Housing Australia Future Fund, which secured $280 million in investment to deliver 396 new homes across Perth — a significant step in addressing WA’s housing needs.
