Presented by the UWA Conservatorium of Music, WA Alliance to End Homelessness, Centre for Social Impact UWA, and City of Perth
Foundation Housing is proud to be part of the WA Alliance to End Homelessness, with CEO Kathleen Gregory a key member of the Facilitating Group of the Alliance.
We invite you to attend a very special event to launch the #EndHomelessnessWA campaign. Featuring over 1,000 people performing Gavin Bryars’ Jesus’ Blood Never Failed Me Yet, a musical composition inspired by a haunting encounter with a homeless man in London in 1971, this event is unlike anything you have witnessed before. An orchestra, brass bands, ensembles small and large, schools, and around 700 singers, will work together to create a very special experience for, and with, the Perth community. Everyone is invited to join in the event and follow the performance around the Hay St and Murray St Malls.
Everyone has the right to a home, and together we can end homelessness in Western Australia. Find out more at endhomelessnesswa.com or follow #EndHomelessnessWA
