Who Am I-Family of Origin Info: ‘Who am I? (family of origin) asks you about your identity and how it has been formulated.  Identifying learned attitudes and behaviours brought into adult relationships including: learning that the family is a powerful system that operates in varied ways and the impact it has, identifying generational patterns and how these affect members of the family and that we may choose to act differently, exploring emotional closeness and belonging and becoming aware of how we may begin to change.
