Foundation Housing Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Duplock as General Manager of Commercial Development, effective from 4 April 2022.
Stuart brings considerable expertise from his three decades in the property industry in Australia, spanning the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and tourism sectors. His career to date has seen him oversee the development of over $1 billion of real estate in both residential and commercial properties across Australia.
Stuart’s broad range of experience in the Australian property industry also includes previous senior roles held at ASX-listed and private property development and property investment groups. Whilst at Cedar Wood Properties, Stuart invested over $100M to acquire substantial landholdings in Western Australia with over 5,000 lots of development potential.
Speaking of his appointment, Stuart Duplock commented: “Cost of living pressures and a buoyant property market mean housing stress is at an all-time high, so it’s a great time to be joining one of WA’s leading affordable housing providers!”
Stuart has responsibility for Foundation Housing’s social and affordable housing acquisitions, new building developments and property services.
