Q4 at Queens Riverside offers Studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. It offers predominantly affordable housing as well as some social housing, providing the opportunity for tenants to move through employment while maintaining rental affordability.

Apartment Availability:

• Studios: Good availability.
• One-bedroom apartments: Limited availability.
• Two-bedroom apartments: None currently available.

Pets: The building’s strata rules do not allow pets.

If you use an assistance animal because of a disability, please make an expression of interest and we will contact you to discuss your circumstances.

Car bays: No car bays are currently available.

You can ask to join a car bay waitlist, but we cannot guarantee when a bay may become available. If offered a bay, it costs an additional $20 per week.

Please consider whether you could live here without a car bay while waiting.

Eligibility

This expression of interest is for affordable housing eligible applicants only. Please check the income requirements and current availability before expressing your interest.

If your income is at or below the lower limit, please contact the Department of Housing and Works (DHW). They can assess eligibility to apply for social housing. Note: Usually if you receive only Centrelink payments, this will apply to you.
