From 4.00pm on Thursday 18 April until 8.30am Tuesday 23 April, ASAP Asset Management will be managing our emergency maintenance. Tenants should report urgent maintenance issues directly to them on 9478 2669.
All other after-hours emergencies at your home should be reported to the appropriate emergency service. Emergencies include gas leaks, fires or threatening behaviour.
For all other issues please call us during office hours and we’ll arrange a repair as soon possible within our priority classification.
