Rise@Murdoch is a community housing–led development by Foundation Housing Ltd within the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct.
The project will deliver 213 apartments, including 65 social homes and 148 affordable rental homes, providing well-located housing close to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University and public transport.
Rise@Murdoch is being delivered with partners Human Urban, ABN Group, PACT Construction, Plenary Group and Hassell, and supported by both State and Federal Government funding.
The project demonstrates Foundation Housing’s capability to lead large-scale, community-focused developments that increase the supply of social and affordable housing while creating connected, vibrant communities.
This development is part of our ongoing commitment to increase the supply of safe, secure, and sustainable housing options across Western Australia – creating thriving, inclusive communities where everyone has a place to call home.
Construction started in 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
