Foundation Housing is at the forefront of affordable housing development in WA, having delivered over 200 homes across Perth and Broome and with a further pipeline of 100 homes.

The organisation’s specialist Development and Acquisitions Team has experience in the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder joint-ventures as well as expertise across all aspects of property development from site acquisition through to project delivery.

This experience includes refurbishment of heritage buildings, new-build housing, inner-city high-rise projects and redevelopment of large, under-utilised blocks to deliver additional housing.
