Foundation Housing has been announced as the preferred proponent to deliver social housing as part of the new East Fremantle development.
Subject to finalising negotiations and agreements with the State Government, Foundation Housing will undertake a formal community consultation as part of the planning and approvals process.

The Development Application has been lodged and is now open for comment.
You can view the Development Application and provide your comments via the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website here. Comments close on 29 March 2026.
